During the festival in 2022, we provided the framework for a community collaborative project out of the Silk Purse Gallery. Based on the concept of building awareness of sea level rise, “Rising Tides” invited volunteers to add natural materials that would strengthen and beautify the structure, while discussing the impacts of climate change and potential solutions for the community of West Vancouver.
