We Make Public Art

Art Designs

Hemispheria

Hemispheria is making temporary 3D public art sculptures using a collaborative approach. The artists inspire possible themes and guide the process of construction using willow and other natural materials in a weaving technique. We also include man-made, recycled materials where they help to drive home environmental messages. Volunteers work collaboratively towards a collective, ephemeral art expression.

Murals

Elvira has received recognition for her talents as a mural artist, owning her own company in Mexico before coming to Canada. We love colour and geometry and use these tools to tell stories of the place and the people who live there.

Residencies

We work with volunteers of all backgrounds from kids to seniors, or target your specific group. We will tailor the project to fit the needs and issues of the participating group. Projects are designed to be semi-permanent in nature however the experience in making the project will be memorable for those participating.

Strategy
  • Our Art is site specific
  • We are collaborators!
  • We believe art should be accesible to everyone!

Public Art

It starts with an idea. Does your community need a focal point or a point of orientation? Maybe you want to simply beautify your community or tell a story. Public art can often entice your deepest emotions. It’s about inspiring dialogue.
